Service was quick!!! I called and had someone out within an hour and a half. It was later in the night too and unfortunately my technician Brandon got caught in the rain but he got the job done! He was extremely professional and well spoken and took the time to explain the issue to me!!! I can’t recommend him and CRD Mechanical enough

Had a weekend problem with no hot water. Chris was out to my house in a couple hours on a Sunday morning. He was able to identify the problem immediately and provided a solution to get us hot water for the weekend til he was able to get the part for our old water heater.
